1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Revor Bedding. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any mattress that has been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless it has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +6010-3622268 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you have received your RMA number, securely repackage the mattress in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your mattress.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned mattress, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our return policy.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times

5. Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange your mattress for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new mattress has a higher price than the original purchase.
  • The exchange process will follow the same steps as outlined in our return process.

6. Warranty Returns:

  • If you believe that your mattress has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please refer to the warranty card included with your product for instructions on how to file a warranty claim.
  • Warranty claims are subject to verification by our team, and we reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
